Explain your offer with an AI presenter.

An AI explainer video uses generated video or an AI presenter to make an idea, service or offer easier to understand. VideoFunker is self-serve software for creating scripted presenter videos you review. An explanation is not a recorded product demo: generated scenes cannot establish that your software or product works as shown.

VideoFunker is self-serve AI video software for people who market, explain and sell. Start with a brief, review the scripts and shots, then render presenter-led videos with supporting campaign copy. VideoFunker is not an agency: you review the output and publish it yourself. Workflow, format and download options depend on the plan or purchase.

Choose the question a visitor needs answered before taking the next step. Explain who the offer is for, what happens next and what is not included. Put the video beside useful written information, not in place of the details a buyer needs to make a decision.

Use the software yourself. You approve the message and final output; this is not a managed production service. Available rendering and download options depend on the workflow and plan or purchase.

A presenter explanation, not a substitute for real evidence

A presenter-led explainer is useful when the words carry the message: how a service works, what an offer includes or what to expect after a request. It differs from a custom animated explainer with designed diagrams, and from a screen recording that shows an actual interface and clicks.

VideoFunker is not a screen recorder or an exact product simulator. If the buyer needs to see a workflow executed, record the real product and verify each step. An AI presenter can explain the context, but combining narration with genuine captures may require separate editing tools.

For customer education, start with a reviewed script and have the subject expert check the output. A short process explanation is not an LMS course: do not assume quizzes, SCORM packaging, completion tracking or exact procedural validation are included.

From a brief to a video you approve

  1. Choose one buyer question

Write the audience’s question in their own language. Add the approved answer, the offer’s boundaries and the action the viewer should take. Website text can provide context, but it is not automatically a verified source or a finished video. Starting a campaign uses one campaign credit.

  2. Review the explanation before rendering

Read the draft aloud and remove unsupported promises, jargon and steps that the real product cannot perform. Choose a permitted presenter and the workflow’s available voice options. For Cinematic Studio, inspect the shot plan as well as the words. Keep exact interface details out of generated scenes.

  3. Select the format and inspect the quote

Choose a format that fits the website or destination where you intend to publish. Check the credit cost or purchase quote before confirming the render. Video generation is separate from the written campaign draft. Cinematic Studio and Montage assemble their generated shots automatically, not every possible video or external recording.

  4. Review and publish with your own tools

Watch the output for factual accuracy, speech and continuity. Regeneration or additional editing may be needed. Download eligibility depends on workflow and plan or purchase. You publish yourself: upload the approved file to hosting you control, then use that host’s player or your website’s video component.

A website explainer brief you can adapt

This is an illustrative brief, not a customer case study or a rendered example. Replace the bracketed fields with facts your team can approve. You can edit the text here before copying it into your own workflow; this page does not submit a render.

Fit the file to the page, then check accessibility

Horizontal 16:9 can suit an embedded website player; vertical 9:16 can suit a mobile-first placement. Cinematic Studio and Montage offer these two aspect ratios with 720p or 1080p options subject to entitlement. Confirm format and duration choices in the workflow before rendering; do not assume every engine offers the same output.

Captions depend on the workflow. Written caption drafts are not automatically burned into every video, and Cinematic Studio does not supply a finished subtitle treatment by default. Check any captions you add, provide an accurate transcript near the video and use a player that offers accessible controls.

VideoFunker’s Share and Track links redirect to a destination you control; they are not hosted video players. Website embedding, hosting and any playback measurement belong to your own publishing setup. Keep the page’s written answer and call to action usable even if a visitor does not play the video.

Check current pricing, credits and download terms before choosing a workflow. VideoFunker does not promise a delivery time or guarantee views, meetings or revenue.

Before you place the explainer on a website

  • Ask a subject expert to check the explanation against the offer that is actually available.
  • Use real approved captures when a claim depends on an interface, label, procedure or product result.
  • Check pronunciations, visual continuity and every caption. Supply a transcript that matches the final file.
  • Do not make an AI presenter impersonate a customer testimonial or imply a real interview took place.
  • Test the hosted player and next-step link on the actual page. Keep approvals and version notes so later edits can be traced.

See examples with their production context

View the homepage examples and read the accompanying production notes. These brief templates are not media proof. A production example may include additional editing and is not a promise that every workflow produces the same treatment or business outcome.

AI explainer videos: questions and boundaries

Is an AI explainer the same as a product demo?

No. An explainer describes a product or offer; a recorded demo shows the real product working. VideoFunker can produce presenter narration and generated scenes, but those scenes are not a faithful screen recording. Use genuine product captures for exact interfaces or actions and edit them separately when needed.

How do I put an explainer on my website?

Review the final video, then download it when the workflow and plan or purchase permit. Upload it to hosting you control and embed it using your website or hosting tools. VideoFunker’s tracked links redirect to your destination; they do not provide video hosting or a native website player.

Can an AI presenter deliver a customer testimonial?

Do not present an AI presenter as a real customer describing a personal experience. An offer explanation can use your approved factual script with appropriate AI disclosure. If the point is a customer’s actual experience, obtain permission and use a genuine recording rather than manufacturing an endorsement.
